How do I receive the order?

The products are delivered in maximum 48 hours, working days, through Fan Curier. Depending on the courier's coverage, the delivery time may be + 12 hours late.

In case of sending electric scooters, the transport cost is:

• 200 RON in Bucharest and Ilfov
• 500 RON in the rest of the country

In case of sending electric vehicles, the transport cost is 2 RON / KM with VAT  and is calculated for the round trip distance.


The ordered products are delivered all over the country, using the delivery method and term chosen by you when placing the order.

If in certain cases the product is not in stock, a consultant can communicate by phone or email the shipping time of the ordered products.

The taking of orders is done every working day, according to the program:

Luni - Vineri: 08:30 - 16:00
In case of orders placed outside the working hours, they will be processed on the next working day.
